Kneemuscleox is a Move Every Day club based in Auckland, New Zealand, offering structured daily movement challenges designed to help individuals build sustainable active habits. Our products include the 30-Day Step Streak ($34 NZD), Weekly Movement Bundle ($52 NZD), and Annual Club Pass ($189 NZD), along with community events, digital tracking tools, and member support services accessible through kneemuscleox.world.

To use the services of Kneemuscleox, you must be at least sixteen years of age and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. By using our website and enrolling in challenge products, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation or group, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Use.
Participation in physical movement challenges involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in the activities described in your chosen Kneemuscleox challenge and that you will consult appropriate professionals if you have any concerns about your ability to safely engage in daily movement activities.
Certain features of kneemuscleox.world and challenge products require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify Kneemuscleox immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these terms, or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
The 30-Day Step Streak challenge is a thirty-day program requiring participants to achieve a minimum of 8,000 steps per day. The package includes a daily step tracking dashboard, motivational email prompts, a completion badge, a digital certificate, and access to the Kneemuscleox community forum. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of $34 NZD and communication from our team regarding your chosen start date.
The Weekly Movement Bundle provides seven unique daily activities spanning walks, stretches, and active recovery exercises over a seven-day period. The package includes video guides for each movement, a progress journal template, a group check-in session, and community forum access. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of $52 NZD.
The Annual Club Pass provides twelve months of unlimited access to all Kneemuscleox challenges, monthly live group walks in the Auckland region, seasonal event invitations, and priority member support. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of $189 NZD and activation by our team within two business days.
While Kneemuscleox strives to maintain continuous availability of kneemuscleox.world and all digital services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned downtime in advance.
All prices displayed on kneemuscleox.world are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include applicable goods and services tax unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing by Kneemuscleox.
We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and authorise us to charge the applicable fees. Failed payments may result in suspension of access to challenge products until the outstanding amount is resolved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our content solely for personal, non-commercial participation in Kneemuscleox challenges. Members are expected to contribute positively, respect diverse fitness levels and backgrounds, and refrain from posting content that is offensive, discriminatory, or unrelated to daily movement and wellness. Our team reserves the right to remove content and restrict access to community features for members who violate these guidelines.
Kneemuscleox provides its website, challenge products, and services on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific expectations, that challenge participation will produce particular outcomes, or that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Movement challenge results depend on individual effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kneemuscleox, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of kneemuscleox.world or participation in our challenge products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury arising from physical activity.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kneemuscleox for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under New Zealand law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kneemuscleox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms of Use, infringement of any third-party rights, or any activity data or content you submit through kneemuscleox.world.
